PVD+ - 20-year guarantee, 2000 h in salt spray, corrosion grade 3
PVD+ is a surface finish based on physical vapour deposition that creates a protective film around the products to defend them from atmospheric agents and wear for a minimum of 20 years. The coating ensures salt spray resistance for more than 2000 hours without any surface changes (ISO 9227- ASTMB117- DIN50021). Products treated with this finish merely need to be cleaned using a soft damp cloth. All PVD-treated products are guaranteed for indoor and outdoor applications.

STORION - 10-year guarantee, 1200 h in salt spray, corrosion grade 3
STORION is an environmentally-friendly surface treatment designed specifically for conducting materials. It guarantees resistance to environmental and chemical corrosion for over 1200 hours in a salt spray. STORION-treated products can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth. All products treated with STORION are guaranteed for indoor applications only.

STEEL-P – 2-year guarantee, corrosion grade 2
STEEL-P is a mechanical polishing/satin-finish process used exclusively for steel products. The intrinsic rust and wear resistance of iron-carbon alloys is heightened in order to provide the maximum possible protection. Products treated with this finish merely need to be cleaned using a soft damp cloth. All products treated with STEEL-P are guaranteed for indoor and outdoor applications.

CR-ZERO - 2-year guarantee, 900 h in salt spray, corrosion grade 1
CR-ZERO is a chromium-plating process in which the chromium depositing on the part after galvanisation has valence 0 (Cr0), meaning it is present in a state that is totally harmless for human health. This process has no effect on the brightness and the stain and corrosion resistance typical of hexavalent (Cr6) or trivalent (Cr3) chromium. All products treated with CR-ZERO are guaranteed for indoor applications only.

ECO COATING - 2-year guarantee, 900 h in salt spray, corrosion grade 1
ECO COATING is one of the most ecological painting systems (96% water) that currently exist and has a negligible environmental impact. The process is based on the principle of cataphoresis: a surface finish with a paint that is capable of giving parts made of electrically conductive materials significant rust resistance. An epoxy or acrylic resin is deposited uniformly on the surface of the element. This ensures exceptionally long-term protection from chemicals and other aggressive agents, and also improves the adhesion of any final finishes. The coating provides resistance to salt spray for more than 900 hours. Products treated with this finish merely need to be cleaned using a soft damp cloth. All products treated with ECO-COATING are guaranteed for indoor applications only.
